New Clients and Salon Policies

Thank you for choosing Emily Guerin Beauty. Below you will find our booking and cancellation policies, along with important information if you are a new client and our salon etiquette.

Deposit Policy​

If you are using a gift voucher, 50% of the voucher value will be taken as the deposit.

Subscription Plan Clients: Clients on a subscription plan do not need to pay a deposit. However, if a subscription treatment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the treatment will be forfeited.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will allow the deposit (or 50% of the gift voucher value) to be transferred to a future appointment.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit (or 50% of the gift voucher value). For subscription plan clients, cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of the treatment.

Respecting Appointment Times

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late arrivals may impact your treatment time and potentially affect other clients’ appointments.

For New Clients

We are delighted to welcome new clients to Emily Guerin Beauty. To ensure you receive the best possible experience, please review the following steps:

New Client Inquiries

If you are a new client or would like to make an inquiry, you must book a free telephone consultation via our online booking system. During this consultation, we will discuss your treatment options and answer any questions you may have.

​

Booking Your First Appointment

If you are ready to book your first appointment, please use our booking system. If booking a facial treatment for the first time, please select the New Client Facial Treatment option.

At the time of booking, you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit or provide the voucher number if you are using a gift voucher.

Salon Etiquette

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following salon etiquette:

Arrive On Time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

​

Location

We are located inside Natural Balance Pilates, on the first floor. The entrance is on Silver Street, between Velvet Womenswear and Mannings Bakery.

​

Waiting Area

Upon arrival, please proceed to the first floor and take a seat outside the kitchen.

Feel free to help yourself to a drink and a magazine while you wait.

​

At your scheduled appointment time, Emily will come to collect you from the waiting area.

 

Contacting Emily

Emily aims to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours. The best form of contact is via email, ensuring your query is logged and addressed in a timely manner. If you prefer to reach out by phone, please leave a message, and Emily will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased online through our website. Simply visit [website link] to purchase a gift voucher for yourself or as a special gift for someone else. Please note that gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date stated and cannot be redeemed after their expiry date.

Additional Information

​Booking Confirmation: Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit is received. If there are any issues with your booking, we will contact you directly to resolve them.
