I'm a wife, a mum of two beautiful children, the founder of my successful business, and navigating my peri-menopause journey at 37. I'm on a mission to empower busy women through perimenopause and menopause with the knowledge and solutions they need to achieve healthy radiant skin whilst simplifying their skincare routines and incorporating their well-being. I believe in looking at us as a whole and taking a 360 holistic approach to skin and wellbeing.

I am a fully qualified, insured, and licensed skin and wellbeing therapist with 20 years of experience in the industry along with a teaching degree in beauty therapy. I specialise in permanent brows, with over 8 years of experience and is an expert in  Advanced skin treatments, facials, Signature reiki treatments, Cryotherapy treatments, and micro skin needling. I am also a qualified reiki master and I have created my own signature treatments combining reiki with massage and facial treatments. We use high end Derma-cosmeceutical products Nimue skin technology that promotes skin health with pharmaceutical-like benefits along with Louise Thomas skincare and Jane Scrivner Skincare. Stockists of Albus and Flora, Evy Technology, Spongelles, and Louisa B Apothecary.

We are based in the Northwest of England 16 miles north of Manchester in the heart of  Ramsbottom.

I offer a unique spa-like experience where you will indulge on our heated bed with fluffy blankets cocooning you whilst you relax into your treatment surrounded by the scent of lemongrass, incense, and candlelight and the soothing sounds of relaxation.
